All the meat that is used for their burgers is island sourced and as fresh as fresh can be. The two most popular burgers are the Island House originals aptly named the Martha’s Burger, which comes with sautéed mushrooms and onions and their signature THE JERK burger which comes with Canadian bacon and a jerk seasoning of their own making with crisp lettuce, onions, and pickles, truly a delicious meal.
