The confection is made with a gluten-free chocolate brownie that is topped with chocolate fudge, whipped cream and a scooup (yes, a scoop) of cheesecake so creamy and smooth it has the taste and texture of ice cream. The whipped cream’s freshness coupled with the cheese’s piquant flavor and the chocolate’s sweetness make for an unforgettable combination.
