The first thing that comes to mind when this amazing appetizer is placed in front of you is the perfect presentation. The combinations of colors and textures is really quite alluring. Pleasing pink ahi tuna, seared just right so that it melts in your mouth, is served over bright and crunchy greens. Drizzled in a slightly salty, somewhat sweet, and definitely tangy soy sauce, tiny sesame seeds surround each and every piece of savory tuna. Fresh edamame and noodles sit atop it all. The only thing that tops off this delicious plate is a fantastic view of Oak Bluffs Harbor just feet away.
