I know what you are thinking. Why are we featuring a salad from one of the island’s most iconic pizza places? The answer is because this salad is just that good. The base is a fresh mixture of greens in every shade, shape and flavor. Added are crisp pine nuts, crunchy sunflower seeds, velvety goat cheese, vine ripe tomatoes and sliced meaty mushrooms. This healthy and satisfying salad is then perfectly tossed with a house made sweet and tart balsamic vinaigrette.
